Eight One Hundred Bellevue
It appears downtown Bellevue is becoming the next South Lake Union. In addition to multiple office high-rises that are planned or are already under-construction, a number of mid- and high-rise residential buildings are also in the development pipeline.
The old Pagliacci Pizza site in Old Bellevue will now be the home of Eight One Hundred Bellevue - a cubic, modern-looking condo building with likely stunning views facing Meydenbauer Bay.
The project website highlighted Bellevue as one of the best places to live in the country, including “the best place to live and launch a business” by CNNMoney in 2008, and as the second-best place to live by USA Today in 2014.
