Graystone - Stunning Luxury Condo with New Reset Pricing

I had the opportunity to attend the Graystone Open House/Block Party last week. Last week I attended KODA'S Broker Event - they are running a special 2023 New Year promotion and lowered pricing for many of their remaining units - up to 30% price reduction. Located in the heart of Seattle Downtown International District - KODA has a 99 Walk Score and a perfect 100 Transit Score with exceptionally convenient access to bus, light rail, train and many other transportation options.

Currently over twenty brand new homes are available under $400K (total savings of over $100K); and west-facing water view homes with parking and storage start at just $575K (total savings of over $200K). Last weekend I had the opportunity to join a hard hat tour at the 12th Avenue Townhomes in Shoreline (thanks Michelle from Taylor Morrison). I recently toured The Pines at Northgate by Isola Homes. The Pines is a brand new community of twenty live/works and townhomes located at the Pinehurst neighborhood in Northgate. These are 4 Star Built Green homes - Isola Holmes is one of the local premier builders for modern, environmentally sustainable homes.

The project is being released in three phases, and there are a total of eight unique floor plans, most of them with parking in a secured covered garage. I find these to be very well-built homes and with efficiently-designed floor plans. All units are from three to five floors, most with a rooftop deck or balcony with views.
