Last week I attended KODA'S Broker Event - they are running a special 2023 New Year promotion and lowered pricing for many of their remaining units - up to 30% price reduction. Last weekend I had the opportunity to join a hard hat tour at the 12th Avenue Townhomes in Shoreline (thanks Michelle from Taylor Morrison). I recently toured The Pines at Northgate by Isola Homes. The Pines is a brand new community of twenty live/works and townhomes located at the Pinehurst neighborhood in Northgate. These are 4 Star Built Green homes - Isola Holmes is one of the local premier builders for modern, environmentally sustainable homes.

The project is being released in three phases, and there are a total of eight unique floor plans, most of them with parking in a secured covered garage.
