12th Avenue Townhomes in Shoreline - Now Selling
Last weekend I had the opportunity to join a hard hat tour at the 12th Avenue Townhomes in Shoreline (thanks Michelle from Taylor Morrison). This intimate community of 19 modern townhomes is centrally located in Shoreline - just 10 minutes walk to the future Shoreline North/185th station. There are also bus stops within two blocks (along 10th Ave. NE and 15th Ave. NE). The neighborhood is serene and walkable - a number of shops, restaurants and grocery stores along 15th Ave. NE.
