The Pines at Northgate

I recently toured The Pines at Northgate by Isola Homes. The Pines is a brand new community of twenty live/works and townhomes located at the Pinehurst neighborhood in Northgate. These are 4 Star Built Green homes - Isola Holmes is one of the local premier builders for modern, environmentally sustainable homes.

The project is being released in three phases, and there are a total of eight unique floor plans, most of them with parking in a secured covered garage. I find these to be very well-built homes and with efficiently-designed floor plans. All units are from three to five floors, most with a rooftop deck or balcony with views. To accommodate three bedrooms in many of these units, the rooms are a little smaller - but it's perfectly-sized for small families or as a starter-home; while also offering the option to co-live with other roommates. There is no rental cap planned for the community, making The Pines a great choice as an investment property as well.

Finishes are of high-quality, and with full Bosch stainless steel appliance suite for the kitchen. Other amenities include LG washer and dryer, Ring doorbell and mini-splits, making these units practically move-in ready.

Location is highly desirable - The Pines has a walkscore of 90 and is very close to Northgate Mall, Kraken Community Iceplex, and the new Northgate Link light rail station.

After the opening weekend three units were already sold (and to date thirteen sold with just seven remaining). The remaining floor plans are Lodgepole, Pinyon, Torrey and Bristlecone.
